The short version
Riskara Insurance Group is a licensed, independent insurance brokerage serving Illinois and Texas. We exist because the traditional insurance-buying experience is broken: it takes too long, the same questions get asked across five carriers, and the buyer never knows whether they got the best deal. Riskara fixes that by pairing an AI engine — which compares your profile against dozens of A-rated carriers in seconds — with a licensed human agent who owns the relationship.
Why the name
Riskara comes from the Arabic word arā (أرى), which means "I foresee." The name captures what we believe insurance should be: proactive, not reactive. We're not in the business of paying claims after the fact — we're in the business of seeing risk early and preparing you for it.
What we're building
An insurance brokerage where every quote is the best quote — not the first quote the agent could pull up — and where the buyer's experience is measured in minutes instead of days. AI handles the slow, comparative work that traditional agencies do by hand. A licensed agent handles the relationship and the policy. Together it's faster, cheaper, and more accurate than either alone.
How we work
When you submit a quote, our AI engine reads your profile, vehicle or fleet, driving or operating history, and matches it against the appetites of every carrier we represent. Within minutes (personal auto) or 24–48 hours (commercial auto), we send back ranked options with the best fit highlighted. You pick, we bind, we file. If the policy needs an SR-22, MCS-90, FMCSA insurance filing, or a certificate of insurance — we handle it. If the carrier requires loss runs, fleet schedules, or driver lists — we collect them in a single upload and translate them into whatever format the carrier wants.

Progressive Commercial, GEICO, Northland Insurance (Travelers), Berkshire Hathaway, Cover Whale, Nirvana, and additional A-rated national and regional carriers across personal auto, commercial auto, trucking, and fleet insurance.

Personal drivers — including high-risk and SR-22 — in Illinois and Texas. Owner-operators leased to a motor carrier or running under their own authority. Licensing & compliance
Riskara Insurance Group is a licensed insurance producer with active licenses in Illinois and Texas. We comply with state Department of Insurance regulations in both states and with FMCSA requirements for trucking-related filings. Producer license numbers are available on request and on file with each state's DOI.
